Privacy Policy

Declaration on duty of information

The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal regulations (DSGVO, TKG 2003). In this privacy information we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the scope of our website.

Privacy
We have written this privacy statement to explain to you, in accordance with the requirements of the EU data protection basic regulation, what information we collect, how we use data and what choices you make as a visitor to this website.

Unfortunately, it is in the nature of the matter that these explanations sound very technical, but we have endeavoured to describe the most important things so easily and clearly in the creation.

Automatic data storage
When you visit websites these days, certain information is automatically created and stored, including on this website.

If you visit our website as we are now, our Web server (the computer on which this website is stored) automatically stores data such as the IP address of your device, the addresses of the visited sub-pages, details about your browser (e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Edge,…) and date and time. We do not use this data and generally do not pass it on, but we cannot rule out that this data will be seen in the presence of unlawful behaviour.

TLS encryption with HTTPS
We use HTTPS to transmit data securely on the Internet. By using Transport Layer Security (TLS), an encryption protocol for secure data transmission on the Internet, we can ensure the protection of sensitive data. You recognize the use of this protection of data transmission at the small lock symbol in the upper left corner of the browser and the use of the HTTPS scheme as part of our Internet address.

Cookies
Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer by your browser while you are visiting Web pages. Cookies do not cause any damage to your computer and do not contain viruses. In your browser you have the possibility to make extensive settings for cookies. For example, you can completely disable or restrict the setting of cookies.

E-mail request
If you contact me by e-mail, the information you provide and the personal data transmitted for the purpose of processing the request as well as for possible connection questions will be processed and stored. The data you provide will remain with me until you ask me to delete, revoke your consent to the storage or the purpose for data storage is omitted (e.g. after completion of your request). Mandatory statutory provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.
Your request will be processed on the basis of your voluntary consent (article 6 para. 1 lit. a DS-GMO). You can revoke this consent at any time. An informal e-mail to chatatobias1@gmail.com is sufficient. The legality of the data processing operations until the withdrawal is not affected by the revocation.
For receiving and sending e-mails, I am serving the infrastructure of an e-mail provider. With him I have concluded an order processing according to article 28 DS GMO. The data is only available in certified data centres in the EU.
Access to the e-mail server occurs only through encrypted connections.

Changes to the Privacy policy
I reserve the right to modify this privacy statement occasionally to comply with current legal requirements or to implement changes to my services in the privacy statement, such as the introduction of new services. The new data protection declaration is valid for your visit again.

External links
My website contains links to external websites of third parties, on whose contents I have no influence. Therefore, I cannot accept any liability for these external contents. The respective provider or operator of the pages is always responsible for the contents of the linked pages. The linked pages were checked for possible violations of the law at the time of linking. Illegal contents were not recognizable at the time of linking. However, a permanent control of the content of the linked pages is not reasonable without concrete evidence of a violation of the law. Upon becoming aware of any infringements, I will immediately remove such links.

If you contact us by e-mail, your data will be stored for the purpose of processing the request and in case of connection questions six months with us. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

You are in principle entitled to information, rectification, deletion, restriction, data transferability, revocation and opposition.
